Package Types

All prices are per person and include four nights of lodging, all meals, workshops, performances and use of rehearsal spaces and equipment. 

  • Exquisite studio-style accommodations with private decks, Adirondack chairs and dramatic vistas. Expertly detailed interiors with A/C, Smart TV, king bed, comfy sitting area, picture-windows with panoramic views, colorfully inspired original works of art, custom tile baths with over-sized showers and radiant floor heat. The luxury cottages present a true Catskills lodging experience!

  • Full Moon Resort’s tastefully renovated traditional Catskill Mountain lodges, offer spacious rooms with A/C, Smart TVs and custom tile baths.

    Perched on the hillside, the Morningstar Lodge features six spacious rooms with shared front porch overlooking the main grounds. The Streamside and Birdsong Cottages, just steps from the creek, feature kitchenettes, living rooms and two bedrooms each.

  • For guests interested in being closer to Mother Nature, Full Moon offers extraordinary fully equipped glamping tents on elevated decks by the creek and in the meadows, with ac/heat, queen beds, bedside tables and lamp!

  • At the center of the facility, The Valley View House and Northern Lights Lodge offer a delightful country house experience. Generally built from 1900-1940, these lodges feature simple, cozy, and budget-friendly accommodations - some with en suite private baths and others with shared, hallway baths.

  • Pre-Set weatherproof tent at resort campsite with queen size memory foam mattress pad, air conditioning/heat and electrical outlet. Nearby deluxe multi-stall bathroom/shower trailer and private outdoor showers. Bring your own linens & towels.

  • This package allows you to bring an RV/camper to the event. NO electricity, water or septic hookup provided. Nearby deluxe multi-stall bathroom/shower trailer.

  • Bring your own tent, bedding, towels etc. Nearby deluxe multi-stall bathroom/shower trailer and private outdoor showers

  • Access to all workshops, performances and 3 meals a day. No indoor lodging included. Stay at a nearby hotel, airbnb or commute from home!

Premium

  • Premium Cottage featuring custom tile bathroom with dual head shower and radiant heat, sitting area with mountain views, private deck, couch mini-fridge, coffee maker, Smart TV, & A/C. 

    Guests must be prepared for walking on hilly terrain and stairs

  • Premium Cottage featuring custom tile bathroom with dual head shower and radiant heat, sitting area with mountain views, private deck, couch mini-fridge, coffee maker, Smart TV, & A/C. Specific roommate may be requested, otherwise a roommate of same gender identity will be assigned.

Deluxe

  • Two-bedroom cottage with queen beds, comfy living room, kitchenette, custom tile bathroom & A/C. Specific housemate may be requested, otherwise a housemate of same gender identity will be assigned.

  • Motel style Guest Room with two twin beds featuring custom tile bathroom with radiant heat, sitting area, mini-fridge, coffee maker, Smart TV & A/C. Specific roommate may be requested, otherwise a roommate of same gender identity will be assigned.

Standard

  • Single occupancy, en suite Guest Room with queen bed, tile bathroom & A/C.

  • Single occupancy Simple Guest Room with queen bed, sink, vanity, A/C & shared hall bathroom.

  • B&B style Guest Room with two twin beds, tile bathroom & A/C. Specific roommate may be requested, otherwise roommate of same gender identity will be assigned.

Glamping, Camping & More

  • Weather-proof tent on raised platform including A/C, queen bed, bedside table and lamp, linens, towels, electric outlets with nearby deluxe multi-stall bathroom/shower trailer and private outdoor showers. Located just steps away from the Moondance Pavilion

  • Weather-proof tent on raised platform including A/C, queen bed, bedside table and lamp, linens, towels, electric outlets with nearby restroom and shower located near the calming waters of the Esopus Creek.

Your decision to register constitutes your acknowledgement of and consent to all of the registration, payment and cancellation terms and conditions listed below:

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS
Rates are per-person and include applicable processing fees
All registrations and payments are 100% non-refundable
Due to the nature of our events and strict cancellation policies, Music Masters Collective strongly suggests purchasing order protection.

Music Masters Collective Inc., reserves the right to refuse a sale, reject a sale, deny admission, or remove from an event, any person for any reason, including but not limited to, any harm or potential harm that person might cause, violation of the law, threats, disorderly behavior, failure to make timely payment, illegal activity, or for any other reason that is not prohibited by law.

MINORS
Music Masters Collective events are designed for participants 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted at Full Moon Resort without their legal guardian or other adult designated by the participant’s legal guardian as chaperone. If you are attempting to register a minor, please contact Music Masters Collective at (845) 254-8009 or contact@masterscollective.org. 

ROOMMATES

If registering for a double occupancy package, your room will be shared with one roommate. Specific roommates may be requested. If one is not requested, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender identity. You will have the option to indicate your roommate preference, and if you would prefer one queen bed, on your registration form.

Note: We cannot hold a spot for someone unless they are registered. Roommates must select the same package and indicate each other as roommate preference on their registration forms.
